YARUKI Switch Career is seeking enthusiastic, resourceful individuals for our
Dispatch Teacher roles. While traditional instructors stay at a single school,
our Dispatch Teachers go where they’re needed most – stepping in to cover
classes and ensure a smooth student experience at YARUKI Switch Group
schools across Japan (such as Kids Duo, i Kids Star, or WinBe).
In many cases, you will work at a location for a month or two at a time,
providing an essential service to a school and its students. You will be based
in the Kanto region but must be ready to take on assignments across the
country, including in Chubu, Kansai, and Tohoku.

◆ What’s in It for You?
・¥247,590/month (¥235,800 base salary + ¥11,790 operational allowance)

◆ About the Role
Dispatch Teachers will initially receive comprehensive training for the WinBe
brand. Based on future needs, you may also be trained to support other
educational brands, including i Kids Star and Kids Duo.
A standard Dispatch Teacher shift is 7 hours and 15 minutes (not including a
45-minute break). When working for brands with longer shifts, overtime will
be paid.
YARUKI Switch Career Dispatch Teachers provide coverage at both directly
managed and franchise schools. Directly managed schools are owned and
operated by YARUKI Switch Group. Franchise locations are owned and run
by independent owners who have an agreement with YARUKI Switch Group.
Some job details may vary from location to location.
WinBe (English conversation school)
• Age group: 3 to 12 years old
• Class size: Up to 6 students
• Working shift: 7 hours and 15 minutes of work with a 45-minute break
(total commitment of 8 hours). Tuesday to Friday shifts are from 12:00 to
20:00, 12:30 to 20:30, or 13:00 to 21:00, and Saturday shifts are 10:00 to
18:00.
Kids Duo (After-school program)
• Age group: 3 to 12 years old
• Class size: 30+ students
• Working shift: 8 hours of work with a 1-hour break (a total commitment of
9 hours). Shifts generally occur between 9:00 to 20:00 from Monday to
Friday. A typical shift is from 11:00 to 20:00.
i Kids Star (Bilingual kindergartens)
• Age group: 2 to 6 years old
• Class size: Up to 32 students
• Working shift: 8 hours of work with a 1-hour break (a total commitment of
9 hours). A typical shift is from 8:30 to 17:30.
◆ Job Requirements
We are looking for new teachers who:
・Are Native English Speakers*
・Have at least a 2-Year Associate's Degree OR Valid Working Visa
・Are independent and creatively minded, ready to innovate and adapt in
any circumstance
・Are team-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic, and creative when teaching
children
・Have a strong sense of professionalism and are self-motivated
・Have prior experience working with children (preferred)
*Our curriculum emphasizes pronunciation and phonics practice. While we,
of course, welcome English speakers from a variety of countries with
varying dialects and accents, we ask that you are able to effectively teach
and express these concepts in a phonetically natural English environment.
