- 5+ years of software engineering or integration engineering experience.
- C1 English level or higher.
- Demonstrated experience building or deploying agentic AI systems that select tools, plan and execute multi-step tasks.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent production tool-orchestration frameworks.
- Solid experience with enterprise integration patterns: APIs, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, middleware and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience navigating enterprise infosec reviews and data governance requirements.
- Strong customer-facing communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical operators.
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision inside a customer's environment.
- Experience with AI-first development practices (AI-assisted development, AI-generated testing, agent-based workflows).
- Able to travel to the U.S. on short notice for up to two weeks, with a valid B1/B2 visa or ESTA eligibility already in place.

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead the technical integration of the platform directly into customer environments. You will:
- Lead integration projects inside customer environments, connecting the platform to the systems the operator already runs.
- Map customer operational workflows and translate them into platform configurations, data models and automated integrations.
- Build and maintain production agentic AI systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to manage tools, context and memory.
- Own onboarding acceleration: configuration, data migration and ingestion pipelines.
- Guide deployments through customer IT and cybersecurity reviews.
- Serve as the named technical contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify repeatable integration patterns and turn them into productization candidates for the core engineering team.
This is a remote role based in LATAM with required travel: expect periodic trips to customer sites in the U.S. of up to two weeks at a time, sometimes as the sole company representative on site.

As it lands larger enterprise accounts, it needs its first Forward Deployed Engineer: the technical bridge between the platform and each customer's operation.Y ou'll work directly with the two founders and with customer leadership teams, both remotely and during scheduled customer-site visits in the U.S.

Remote from LATAM (full-time contracting), with required periodic travel to customer sites in the U.S. (up to 2 weeks per trip).
