Alternative Dispute Manager - Legal Disrepair

An exciting permanent opportunity for an Alternative Dispute Manager - Legal Disrepair to join Clarion's team. The role is available on a hybrid basis in London with a salary of £67,820 - £84,776 per annum (or £61,698 - £77,123 for national candidates). You will be responsible for leading and managing Clarion's strategy for resolving legal disrepair cases through alternative dispute resolution, early intervention, and robust complaints handling processes. Acting as a senior subject matter expert, you will drive initiatives to improve case resolution outcomes and manage a team focused on dispute management. This is a 36-hour per week permanent position.
