As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Project Management Department and are looking for a Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will either manage projects independently or coordinate their engineering execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing steel structure manufacturing projects from project kick-off through final delivery to the customer;
Handling up to 20 projects simultaneously at different stages of execution;
Coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors (up to 15 project participants), including production engineers, technologists, procurement specialists, quality engineers, manufacturing departments, and external contractors;
Planning project resources, schedules, and production timelines;
Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost control;
Managing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and acceptance documentation;
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle;
Participating in technical discussions and coordinating engineering solutions with the project team;
Monitoring project quality, progress, and compliance with deadlines;
Ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in project management or engineering coordination within manufacturing or industrial projects;
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
Steel structure manufacturing;
Heavy machinery manufacturing;
Oil & gas equipment manufacturing;
Shipbuilding;
Ship repair;
Industrial manufacturing;
Strong understanding of the complete steel structure manufacturing process;
Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers;
Proficiency in project planning and management tools such as MS Project, Excel, ERP/CRM systems, Bitrix24, or equivalent;
English — C1 level;
Russian — C2 (native or near-native proficiency).
