Game Customer Support (English Email Support)

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their English skills while working in the gaming industry. You will provide customer support to game users around the world via email only. No phone support is required. Approximately 70% of your work will involve replying to customer inquiries in English using manuals and response templates. Depending on business needs, you may also perform some of the following tasks: ・Monitor English-language social media ・Review Japanese-to-English manga/comic translations for quality and accuracy ・Help improve customer support email templates and response examples Comprehensive training is provided after you join the company. Manuals and templates are available, and experienced team members are always nearby to support you, so no previous customer support experience is necessary.
