Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in German across various channels including phone, email, and live chat for logistics inquiries.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and ensure timely deliveries and service excellence.
- Document all customer interactions and manage information flow in our CRM system accurately.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction through feedback and suggestions.
- Stay informed on logistics trends and company services to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector, is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with CRM systems and logistics software is beneficial.
