Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through various platforms including phone, email, and chat for tech-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and ensure a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and track resolutions for frequent issues.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance our offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest company products, services, and technological developments to support customers efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation costs covered!
