Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

Join our dedicated team in Pōneke / Wellington or Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland as a Commercial Lead within the Managed Service portfolio. You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, the development and support of the managed services commercial strategy, pricing, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships aligned with the overall organisation. 

You will oversee high value negotiations, contract governance, and ensure that commercial risks are effectively managed. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Senior Leadership, you will ensure that commercial commitments are delivered and are financially sound. 

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Grow new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams 
  • Lead the pricing strategy and managed services commercial models 
  • Monitor pipeline performance  
  • Oversee bid management and major opportunity negotiations 
  • Support and maintain strong relationships with key manage service clients 
  • Monitor margins and cost structures 
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity 

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

  • Previous leadership experience in managed services or outsourced business processing with a proven track record of building client relationships and scaling services. 
  • Proven track record scaling managed services, SaaS, telco, or BPO delivery models with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and transformation. 
  • Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills, with credibility at CIO/CTO and C-suite levels. 
  • Strong knowledge of commercial models of large cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore models. 
  • Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and build trust quickly.
