As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring the provision of exceptional care to the residents. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive a positive and supportive culture within the facility.

- AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Leadership Positions
- Expert Knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Standards
- Passion for Person Centered Care
- Budgeting, Planning, Implementing Business Plans
- Brilliant Communication Skills
- Valid Police Check
- Background in change management / Improving Care Delivery
