✅ Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or BPO sales experience is a strong plus

✅ Strong communication and objection-handling skills

✅ Availability for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends

• Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners : provide empathetic, knowledgeable assistance and convert calls into booked service appointments.

Mother Modern Plumbing is a residential plumbing company based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Since launching in August 2024, the company has grown from a single plumber to a team of over 18 field technicians in less than a year. That pace of growth is not slowing down. New markets across Texas are being opened, the call center team is expanding, and the infrastructure to support it all is being built in real time.

Compensation:
Up to $1,500 USD/month base salary
Top performers can earn up to $2,000 USD/month with commissions
100% remote | Full-time

Schedule:
We are prioritizing candidates available for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
This role is ideal for someone persuasive, energetic, disciplined, and comfortable speaking with U.S. customers.
