Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of talent acquisition and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, with the ability to collaborate with HR stakeholders, analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and provide ongoing support.


Roles & Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand recruitment and onboarding needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

SAP SuccessFactors Configuration & Support

  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding business processes.
  • Configure:
  • Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Templates
  • Forms
  • Notifications
  • Candidate and Employee Processes
  • Ensure system configurations follow SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Recruiting & Onboarding Process Management

  • Support Recruiting Management processes including:
  • Job Requisitions
  • Candidate Applications
  • Interview Scheduling
  • Offer Management
  • Hiring Processes
  • Support Recruiting Marketing and Candidate Experience initiatives.
  • Configure and optimize onboarding processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support employee lifecycle management processes from candidate hire through onboarding completion.

Integration & Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical teams to support integrations between SuccessFactors and enterprise applications.
  • Assist in integration design and testing using:
  • SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
  • APIs
  • Middleware Solutions
  • Support data migration, validation, and interface testing activities.

Testing & Documentation

  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
  • Develop and execute test cases, including:
  • Unit Testing
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support defect resolution and issue management throughout project lifecycles.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support enhancement requests and process optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy requirements, and organizational standards.


Qualification & Experience

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Good understanding of: Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Candidate Experience, Onboarding Processes
  • Experience configuring: Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Templates, Forms, Notifications
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
  • Ability to work closely with HR, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Knowledge of APIs and middleware integration technologies.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
  • Exposure to global HR processes and compliance requirements.
