Senior Accountant
— Remote- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on cross-border operations and multi-entity consolidation (such as US and LATAM jurisdictions).
- C1 English level or higher, with the ability to communicate financial and tax concepts clearly in professional settings.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, including local labor compliance, payroll books, and legal filings (such as Chilean liquidaciones de sueldo and libro de remuneraciones).
- Expertise in international contractor management, including withholding taxes, double-taxation treaties, and global payment processing.
- Experience working directly with external tax advisors and legal consultants to optimize tax structures and verify compliance.
