• C1 or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, outreach or prospecting
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or working with real estate agents, brokers, investors, property management companies or real estate teams
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, Zoho CRM or similar
• Strong experience managing lead pipelines, prospect follow-ups and relationship-building activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting research, identifying prospects and managing multiple priorities
• Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a Business Development & Outreach Coordinator to support lead generation, prospect outreach and business development efforts within the real estate industry.
You will work closely with a high-performing real estate team, helping identify new opportunities, manage prospect pipelines and maintain consistent communication with potential clients. This is a fully remote role that requires strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify high-quality leads through various prospecting methods
• Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone and LinkedIn
• Build, maintain and update CRM records and lead databases
• Manage follow-up activities and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
• Source off-market and potential investment opportunities
• Track outreach performance and maintain accurate reporting
• Support business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts
• Maintain organized workflows, documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members to improve lead generation and outreach strategies
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, staying organized and taking ownership of their work. Previous experience in real estate, lead generation, sales development or business development is highly preferred.
