The Role

• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents, from rapid prototyping to production rollout.
• Design, build, and deploy robust AI agents using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver effective agents.
• Develop a platform for evaluating AI agents.
• Produce high-quality, unit-tested code with consistent style and documentation.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional experience in developing Python applications.
• Deep-level knowledge of Python 3.x, including advanced features (asyncio, type hints, context managers).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design, and modular architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Python, common AI/ML libraries, and third-party integration.
• Commercial or open-source experience in developing AI agents using well-known services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
