**Job Title: Lead Account Manager**
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced **Lead Account Manager** to join our Thermal interface materials sales team. This role requires a strategic and results-driven individual who will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management, as well as managing a fast growing Thermal industrial with holistic view of value chain and create sales pipeline with OEM, and serve through distributors.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and expectations.
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Create and execute account development strategies that align with key accounts/Channel objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of products and services.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with offering manager, product manager, and technical support teams to coordinate efforts and ensure consistency in communication and service delivery.
- Facilitate internal collaboration to address client issues and enhance service quality.
- **Performance Monitoring:**
- Track account performance metrics and provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on account status and growth opportunities.
- **Sales Responsibilities:**
- Actively participate in the sales process, including negotiating contracts and pricing with key clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities from assigned accounts.
- **Market Insights:**
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform account strategies.
- Share insights with internal teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in key account and channel management, sales, or a related field with a focus on key accounts and channel excellence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- **Skills:**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Strong knowledge and experience with Semiconductor back end thermal value chain and products, applications.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track account performance.
