Relocation Consultant

Role Description The Relocation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Antwerp. This role involves guiding expatriates and their families through the relocation process, including organizing home viewings, assisting with lease negotiations, and coordinating settling-in services such as registration, utilities, and school searches. The consultant will communicate with clients and assignees on a daily basis, manage expectations, and provide clear information on local practices and regulations. The role also includes maintaining accurate case files, liaising with landlords, real estate agents, and other local partners, and supporting immigration and administrative procedures as needed. The Relocation Consultant will contribute to cultural orientation and ongoing support activities to ensure a positive relocation experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Property Consulting and Real Estate skills to support home search, lease negotiations, and local housing market guidance.
• Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills to advise clients and expatriates throughout the relocation and integration process.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with assignees, corporate clients, and local partners.
• Relevant experience in relocation, real estate, or immigration services is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French) is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Antwerp and traveling locally as required, with frequent meetings in our HQ in Ghent.
• A valid driver’s license and access to transportation are advantageous.
