Your Responsibilities

• Build and implement optimisation solutions for high-value advertising clients
• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
• Analyse performance data at account and campaign level
• Prepare reports to support and improve optimisation strategies
• Apply optimisation techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video
• Identify growth and sales opportunities within client accounts
• Maintain a strong understanding of internal processes and policies
• Show innovation and initiative in improving operational performance

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent German (written & spoken)
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles
• Experience in a B2B environment and with online advertising tools (e.g. AdWords)
• Google Ads Search certification is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High work ethic and quality-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Whats in It for You

• Salary: €23,000 gross/year
• Relocation Package:

• €2,500 reimbursement if relocating from outside mainland Portugal
• €1,250 if relocating within Portugal (over 100km from Lisbon)
