Due to expansion, this leading small animal hospital in Launceston is looking to grow their existing 4-vet team. There is plenty of support from the experienced team, so if you are a recent grad, this is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career. Likewise, if you're an experienced vet with previous management experience, there is the opportunity to work alongside the existing management team to continue the development of the hospital (additional management responsibilities remunerated accordingly). The practice is built around the staff and their ethos is: if you look after your team, they will look after their clients. They offer regular 1-to-1 support meetings to make sure you're happy with your work, free team lunches on a Friday, regular case discussions, no revenue related targets and much more.
