Real Estate Analyst

We are partnering exclusively with a pan-European real estate investment manager specialising in the Industrial sector, to appoint an Analyst to their London team. A data-driven, founder-led platform with an exceptional track record across European markets and exciting growth plans.

The Role

A broad, generalist position offering exposure across acquisitions, portfolio and asset management. Responsibilities include financial analysis and underwriting of new investments, investment committee paper preparation, business planning, portfolio analytics and reporting, and liaison with brokers, operating partners and investors. A hands-on role with genuine breadth, working closely alongside an experienced and talented team with increasing responsibility over time.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and German is essential
• Strong academic background with high numeracy — likely a degree in real estate, finance, economics, engineering or data science
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including financial modelling
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to grasp complex ideas quickly
• Interest in data science tools and AI integration is a plus
• Self-motivated, mature and comfortable working in a primarily in-office, collaborative environment
