MeetFuture is a semiconductor manufacturing equipment company focusing on AMHS solutions for semiconductor fabs. As part of our continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to support the establishment and daily operations of our Germany office.
Role Overview
The Office & Operations Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the establishment and daily operations of MeetFuture’s Germany office, ensuring that local administrative, office, vendor, documentation, and coordination matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
This role requires strong local execution capability, familiarity with German business and administrative practices, and the ability to support a growing local team in a practical, flexible, and reliable manner. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the Germany team and China headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, facility coordination, fixed assets, document filing, courier arrangements, and reception support.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers, including property management, internet, utilities, office services, maintenance providers, insurance providers, and other external parties.
- Prepare and coordinate office-related bills, payment documents, invoices, receipts, and other administrative records.
- Provide basic employee administrative support, including onboarding coordination, offboarding support, attendance records, document collection, and coordination on payroll, HR, and employment-related administrative matters.
- Act as a local coordination contact between the Germany team, China headquarters, vendors, and external service providers.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational matters assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, general administration, office management, or similar administrative support roles.
- Currently based in Germany with valid long-term or unrestricted right to work. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not provided for this position.
- Good understanding of local administrative practices, office operations, service providers, and the general business environment in Germany.
- Able to work independently in a small local team while maintaining good communication and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common administrative tools.
- Willing and able to work on-site in Dresden and/or Erfurt as required.
- Fluent German and English is required.
- Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Chinese companies or international teams is preferred.
