The Role:

Step into a well-established and thriving five-chair practice that has been serving the Chinchilla community for over 70 years. This respected clinic has built a strong reputation for excellence, consistency, and patient care, backed by a close-knit team of four experienced dentists. Starting November 2025, the practice is offering a full-time position from Monday to Fridayideal for an experienced dentist, or newly graduate dentist eager to hit the ground running with a loyal patient base already in place. This opportunity provides the perfect blend of independence and support. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values your clinical judgement while offering guidance from a dedicated clinical advisory team. Key Duties

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups.
  • Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene.
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
  • Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
  • Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
  • Maintaining patient records.
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
  • Perform routine cleanings, and other dental procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Willingness to relocate to Australia.
  • Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
  • Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
  • Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client.)
  • Hold unrestricted APHRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
  • Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
  • Experienced dentists or new graduates.
  • Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
