Who we're looking for: Product Manager with strong product expertise.

What You'll Be Working On

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders;
• Turning ideas into detailed, well-structured product concepts;
• Managing the full product development lifecycle, from preparing documentation to analyzing product metrics;
• Designing product interfaces in collaboration with a designer;
• Analyzing the KPIs and metrics that determine the success of the product and newly launched features;
• Running A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and optimizing the product to improve conversion rates.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Proven experience successfully launching web products;
• Experience documenting and structuring requirements;
• Experience working with analytics tools, including Google Analytics, and a solid understanding of metric hierarchies;
• Experience conducting A/B tests, from developing hypotheses to analyzing results and making product decisions;
• Basic knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: software development, management, operations, product design, and business analysis.

Salary: from €4000 net per month. The final compensation level may be higher and depends on relevant experience, skills, and overall match with the role requirements.
