What you’ll do

Embedded is Brex's most strategically important growth frontier and this role sits at the epicenter. You'll sit on the Implementation Team and will wire together partner ecosystems across Business Development and Product, configure complex integrations, and deliver customer experiences that genuinely delight. You won't be following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. This role focuses on ensuring successful onboarding and configuration of embedded services such as Navan, Zip, Coupa Cards, and ICCP partnerships.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments
• Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects (27 Navan, 46 Zip forecasted H2 deals). Partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches helping define how Brex integrates with the next generation of platforms.
• Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex.
• Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams.
• Success is measured by on-time and high-quality delivery for forecasted embedded deals, reduced escalations or partner configuration issues, and positive feedback from partner and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting you've navigated complex deployments and have the wins to show for it.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations you understand how these ecosystems fit together and where friction hides.
• Communication: A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for Brex customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Execution: Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment where no two implementations look the same.
• Mindset: Energized by ambiguity. You thrive when the product is evolving and the partnership landscape is expanding.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $105,600 - $132,000 CAN.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
