Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers and help ensure a positive experience with the brand.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing professional and friendly support to German-speaking customers
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assisting users with product information, account questions, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Accurately documenting customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Following company guidelines and maintaining service quality standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum solid C1 or high-level German (spoken and written)
• B2 level English for internal communication and training
• EU citizenship or valid documentation to work in Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
