Tasks
-
Lead commissioning scope during bid and execution phase, including cost estimation, scheduling, and subcontracting strategy

Prepare tender documentation and support project teams from concept to completion

Take overall responsibility for commissioning activities within assigned projects

Plan resources and mobilization; monitor progress, budget, and timelines
-
Coordinate with Engineering, partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery
-
Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation (e.g. ITPs, test reports)
-
Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and contractual requirements
-
Lead and coordinate international commissioning teams
-
Support reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement activities
-
Willingness to be present on project sites in Germany and internationally depending on project phase
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical qualification (mandatory)

Several years of experience in commissioning or commissioning management within:
-
Substations (HV/MV),
-
Power generation / power plants, or
-
Transmission & distribution projects
-
-
Experience with several of the following systems:
-
High- and medium-voltage switchgear
-
Power transformers
-
Protection & Control systems, SCADA
-
Grid connection / electrical systems
-
-
Knowledge of electrical safety standards (HV safety rules)

International project experience is an advantage

Good understanding of international standards and commissioning best practices

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and within international teams
-
Willingness to travel across Europe (and potentially globally)

Fluent in English; German is a plus
