Our teams collaborate closely to deliver high‑quality services through continuous improvement, teamwork, and a shared dedication to professionalism and reliability. ----- Role Description Shift Security Supervisor (SSS) This position is responsible for internal monitoring, reporting, and coordination with overseas teams. The SSS role manages security operations and works closely with on‑site security staff: Screening Officer (SO) / Screening Supervisor (SS) to oversee facility operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and register access control and entry/exit data • Monitor internal security systems • Conduct patrols within the data center • Prepare operational reports and documentation • Perform basic equipment checks • Coordinate with overseas teams (Singapore hub) • Support team operations and information sharing • Role involves a rotation of day and night shifts Monthly Salary: From approx. 480,000 JPY (dependent on shifts) Up to 170 days off per year Balanced shift pattern (e.g. 3 days on / 3 days off) Approx. 12‑hour shifts with structured breaks ----- To qualify for the SSS position, candidates must complete a training period of up to six months working in the SO and SS roles. During this training period, compensation will be based on the applicable SO and SS salary levels (ranging from approx. 270,000 JPY to 350,000 JPY). We’re looking for candidates who can commit to at least one year, giving enough time to learn, grow, and settle into the role.
