I am partnering with a high-growth Frontier AI Lab in Berlin, developing an open-source platform to unify structured and unstructured data into advanced knowledge graphs.
The business is hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO (previous exits >$2billion.) This is a high-impact role at the centre of the business, helping to build, scale, and operate the company day to day. This role is for an ambitious German speaker in Berlin, with TypeScript knowledge, and strong interpersonal and operational skills.
Responsibilities
- Operational excellence: Design, implement, and optimise internal processes to support rapid scaling
- Special projects: Lead strategic, high-priority initiatives across product, growth, and market expansion
- Executive support: Partner closely with the CEO on time-sensitive priorities and key decisions
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals: Top academic background (STEM preferred), coding ability (TypeScript), highly analytical
- Execution mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, resilient, with strong ownership and follow-through
- Communication & presence: Fluent in English and German, excellent written and verbal skills, high emotional intelligence
