Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations and the key processes end to end.
• Lead projects and process improvements; build automations to remove manual work.
• Own metrics, reporting, and the operating cadence for your area.

• Coordinate across functions to get things shipped.

Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a startup or mid-market US company growing faster than its processes. They need an operator who can run the day-to-day, keep things on track, and remove manual load with AI, not against it. This is hands-on ownership of an operational area, not a chief-of-staff seat. Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 USD per month as an independent contractor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CT, 40 hours per week. You will work fully remote from anywhere in Latin America.
