The Opportunity

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive audit practice working with clients across a broad range of industries. Sector experience is flexible, with the most suitable team determined during the interview process based on your background and interests.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality audit engagements for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

About You

We're looking to speak with ambitious auditors who can demonstrate:

• 3–6 years' external audit experience gained within a Big Four firm.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CPA.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine interest in relocating to Malta and building an international career.

Salary

• Experienced Associate (approximately 3 years' experience): €28,000
• Senior Associate 1 (approximately 4 years' experience): €31,000
• Senior Associate 2 (approximately 5–6 years' experience): €35,000

Relocation Support

A comprehensive relocation package is available, including:

• Flights to Malta arranged and paid for by the firm (or reimbursed if booked independently).
• Reimbursement of shipping costs for your personal belongings.
• Ongoing support throughout the relocation and onboarding process.

Please note that visa processing can currently take approximately 4–5 months, so candidates should be prepared for this timeline.
