Position: Headteacher at Dibden Park School, Southampton. We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Headteacher to lead Dibden Park School, a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school. This is a permanent position with term-time only hours. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience, not pro rata, plus £5,000 relocation package (dependent on location). Start date: February/March 2026.
