Through Origin Concierge, the firm delivers highly personalised lifestyle and operational support for international clients, often assisting with relocations, property acquisitions, household establishment and ongoing private client requirements.


ROLE OVERVIEW


Origin Private Office is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth family relocating to Singapore.


This position will operate as an embedded secondment, with the successful candidate acting as a dedicated on-the-ground personal assistant reporting directly into the Principals and their family office.


The role will focus on ensuring the family's relocation and initial settling period in Singapore is seamless, efficient and discreet. The Senior Personal Assistant will coordinate day-to-day personal and household matters, manage vendors and service providers, and oversee the establishment of the household infrastructure during the first six months of the family's transition.


This is a highly trusted role requiring exceptional discretion, responsiveness and operational capability.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


RELOCATION & ARRIVAL SUPPORT


· Provide on-the-ground support in advance of and following the family’s relocation to Singapore

· Coordinate relocation logistics and ensure readiness of the residence prior to arrival

· Act as the local operational point of contact during the transition period

· Support the family with orientation, local introductions and logistical coordination where required


PERSONAL & HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT


· Provide day-to-day personal assistant support to the Principals

· Coordinate household operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the residence

· Liaise with vendors, service providers and advisers on behalf of the family

· Manage household requests and ensure timely execution and follow-through

· Maintain organisation, structure and discretion across all personal matters


HOUSEHOLD ESTABLISHMENT & STAFFING


· Support the sourcing and onboarding of key household personnel including:

o Private Chef

o Chauffeur / Driver

· Support onboarding and initial integration of staff into the household environment

· Assist with establishing operational structure for the household during the initial set-up phase


ADMINISTRATIVE & COORDINATION SUPPORT


· Provide light administrative support where required during the initial relocation phase

· Coordinate between vendors, service providers and the family office

· Track key tasks, requests and operational matters to ensure continuity and responsiveness

· Maintain organised records, schedules and communications where required


CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SERVICE DELIVERY


· Deliver a highly professional and discreet level of service aligned with private office standards

· Anticipate client needs and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

· Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

· Operate as a trusted and responsive extension of the Principals’ team


WORKING HOURS & AVAILABILITY


The role is based in Singapore and will operate on a full-time basis.


Core working hours will be agreed directly with the Principals and Family Office. The role will require flexibility and reasonable responsiveness outside of core hours where required, including early mornings or evenings.


Travel may occasionally be required subject to the needs of the Principals.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS


· 6+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting UHNW individuals or family offices

· Previous experience working within private households, private offices or luxury hospitality environments

· Strong operational and organisational capability

· Exceptional discretion, judgment and professionalism

· Strong vendor network or familiarity with service providers in Singapore is preferred

· Highly proactive, detail-oriented and responsive

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
