What Youll Get

• Salary: €37,333 per annum
• Contract: Permanent, full‑time
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shifts: Fully flexible, Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00
• Training: 4 weeks of paid, on‑site training in Dublin
• Location: Dublin City Centre (fully office‑based)

Please note: No holiday or time‑off requests are permitted during the first 8 weeks to allow for complete training.

Your Role

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will support quality assurance across global client operations, ensuring high standards, accuracy, and policy compliance.

Your responsibilities include:

Content Moderation Quality Review

Evaluating sensitive content such as:

• Violence and threats
• Self‑harm
• Fraud, theft, and restricted goods
• Hate speech and harassment
• Phishing, spam, and malware
• Child exploitation
• Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation

ID Review & Authenticity Checks

• Reviewing access and identity verification workflows

Escalations & High‑Risk Content

• Handling complex and sensitive cases
• Supporting Special Operations, including:
  • HERO (viral / meme content)
  • DOI (Dangerous Organizations)

A strong understanding of German cultural, political, and social context is essential for accurate decision‑making.
