The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food during busy services while working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Depending on your experience, you’ll:

Run a section during service and support kitchen operations
Assist with ordering, prep and stock control
Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards
Support training and mentoring junior chefs (Sous Chef level)
Contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant
Ability to handle high-volume service with consistency
Strong team mentality and work ethic
Passion for good food and efficient kitchen operations
A chef who enjoys being part of a fun, hardworking team
