About the Role


We are looking for an autonomous, enthusiastic People & Workplace Operations Specialist to join our People Team in Nicosia. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing our IT Hub environment, managing daily office operations, facilitating relocation/immigration, and delivering end-to-end HR support for our Cyprus workforce.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and space enhancements at our Nicosia IT Hub while managing local budgets.
  • Manage landlord and office supplier relationships (procurement, contract oversight, invoicing, and troubleshooting).
  • Coordinate relocation, immigration, and visa applications for international hires joining our Cyprus team.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle administration for the local workforce, including effective onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including private medical, life insurance, and corporate perks.
  • Organize corporate events, all-hands meetings, and team-building activities.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, office management, or people operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience handling immigration, visa processing, and relocation support in Cyprus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of the Greek language is a strong plus.
