Role overview

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions via phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

Provide customer support in Dutch (C1+) and basic English
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Resolve issues, complaints, and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch speaker
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
EU passport or right to work in Portugal
