This role allows you to live and work in beautiful Greece, with paid relocation support included. As a Dutch Support Agent, you will be essential in providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring they have a positive experience while using the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their bookings, travel information, and account issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system for effective tracking.
- Collaborate with various teams to find solutions for complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Keep updated on promotional offers, travel regulations, and platform enhancements to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is beneficial.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture, with paid relocation support provided.
