Leading Hand – Town Maintenance We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand – Town Maintenance to lead day‑to‑day maintenance operations and support the upkeep and improvement of town assets in Onslow.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a small team, and taking pride in maintaining community spaces.

About the Role Reporting to the Supervisor, you will:

Lead and supervise town maintenance crews on a daily basis
Coordinate and deliver maintenance and upgrade works
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Operate plant and equipment as required
Support scheduling, job allocation and team performance

About You To be successful, you will have:

Proven experience supervising or leading town or grounds maintenance teams
Confidence working outdoors in Pilbara‑like conditions
Experience in lawns, gardens, horticulture or landscaping
A current MR or HR driver’s licence
A strong focus on safety, teamwork and quality outcomes
