Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate project governance including status reporting, steering committee updates, and documentation.
  • Drive change management and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Proven experience delivering technology or transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.


1 x Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technology teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and support solution design to improve business processes and systems.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  • Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
  • Ensure requirements traceability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business users.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, policy administration systems, or claims systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
