Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate project governance including status reporting, steering committee updates, and documentation.
- Drive change management and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Proven experience delivering technology or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
1 x Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technology teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and support solution design to improve business processes and systems.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
- Ensure requirements traceability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business users.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with insurance products, policy administration systems, or claims systems is a plus.
- Experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
