• Web-First Focus: A deep portfolio showcasing high-end UI/UX and website systems.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Figma expert with hands-on proficiency in WordPress or Shopify.
• AI Knowledge: Skilled in using AI tools to enhance the creative process.
• Experience: 6–10+ years of professional design experience (agency or marketing dept).
• Communication: Fluent English (minimum B1 proficiency).

• Lead Web & Visual Direction: Drive high-end Web UI/UX projects from concept to final design.
• Strategic Implementation: Ensure designs are conversion-focused and technically ready for the web.
• Collaborate & Execute: Partner with our Creative Director to shape and launch bold digital ideas.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI tools to compress timelines and expand creative possibilities.

We’re looking for a Web Designer — a strategic, multidisciplinary creative with 6+ years of experience. While we value brand identity, our primary focus for this role is Web UI and digital execution. We need someone who thinks in systems, embraces AI tools to optimize their workflow, and has the technical confidence to see a web project through to implementation.

• Type: Part-Time with option to Contract to Hire full-time
• Hours: 20 - 30+ hours/week
• Future: Possible extension to full-time role with salary
