About Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can take ownership of full HR support across multiple product teams and become a trusted strategic partner for business leaders.
You’ll be joining a dynamic HR function where speed, autonomy, and business mindset are essential. This role requires balancing strategic HR partnership with operational excellence — from performance and compensation cycles to organizational changes, employee development, and day-to-day team support.
In this role, you'll have a high degree of ownership in driving people initiatives and supporting business needs. From partnering closely with managers and leadership teams to identifying organizational risks, improving HR processes, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, you’ll play a key role in supporting team effectiveness and business growth.

About Your Role

This role requires balancing strategic HR partnership with operational excellence — from performance and compensation cycles to organizational changes, employee development, and day-to-day team support.

From partnering closely with managers and leadership teams to identifying organizational risks, improving HR processes, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, you’ll play a key role in supporting team effectiveness and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with product teams and managers to provide full HR support across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and adaptation to career development, role changes, offboarding, and exit interviews
- Building strong relationships with team leads and key stakeholders to monitor team health, retention, engagement, and people-related risks
- Supporting Performance Review, Salary Review, and Talent Review cycles, including launch, tracking, calibration sessions, and follow-up communication
- Helping managers with employee development plans, goal setting, and career growth discussions
- Tracking key HR metrics across assigned teams, identifying root causes behind deviations, and proposing initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Partnering with recruitment teams and hiring managers on hiring-related topics, including vacancy briefs and complex hiring cases
- Working with HR systems (such as HiBob) to maintain employee data, approvals, surveys, and HR documentation
- Contributing to HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and preparing updates for leadership and top management
- Have 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Have strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, and Compensation & Benefits cycles
- Experience running engagement surveys, eNPS, feedback initiatives, and working with action plans based on results
- Understand labor law fundamentals across different jurisdictions
- Can confidently work with HR metrics, interpret data, and communicate insights in a business-oriented way
- Have facilitation skills and can confidently handle difficult conversations, including feedback discussions, escalations, and employee separations
- Are highly organized, adaptable, and able to quickly switch between strategic and operational tasks
- Are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Have confident Russian language skills (team working language) and English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
