As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and resolving issues that may arise during their travel experiences. Your fluency in Dutch, coupled with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will be key in ensuring that our clients have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and reservations
• Provide information about travel products, destinations, and services offered by the agency
• Assist clients with the booking process and resolve any issues they may encounter
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth customer journey
• Gather client feedback to improve service quality and offerings
• Participate in training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous
• Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation assistance will be provided
