Founding Product Manager

About The Role

We are a seed-stage, AI-powered B2B SaaS company based in Munich, building intelligent tools that help sales teams automate administrative work and turn conversations into actionable insights — fully GDPR-compliant and without recording. Our product spans Web, Desktop, and Mobile, and is trusted by a rapidly growing customer base.

As our Founding Product Manager, you will be the first dedicated PM at the company. You'll partner directly with the CTPO and leadership team to shape product vision, own discovery-to-delivery end-to-end, and help build a scalable, high-quality product organization from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

• Shape Product Vision & Strategy: Co-own the product roadmap and long-term vision together with the CTPO, translating company goals into a coherent product strategy.
• Own Product Discovery & Delivery: Drive end-to-end ownership from ideation, user research, and prioritization through to launch and iteration.
• Build AI-First & Agentic Product Experiences: Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered and agentic features across the product surface, managing the full AI product lifecycle.
• Drive Cross-Platform Product Coherence: Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across Web, Desktop, and Mobile platforms.
• Build Product Processes & Level Up the Org: Establish scalable product processes, define success metrics and KPIs, and help grow the product function as the company scales.
• Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders to keep teams aligned and moving fast.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) — this is a firm requirement.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on engineering-heavy, technically complex products.
• Proven track record delivering AI-powered features or products and managing the AI product lifecycle.
• Experience as a Founding PM or Lead PM, with demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and build from scratch.
• Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams — engineering, design, and executive leadership — through strong stakeholder management.
• End-to-end product ownership: from discovery and problem framing through delivery and iteration.
• Strong data-driven decision making: ability to define, track, and act on meaningful success metrics and KPIs.
• Strong technical foundation — either through a technical education (engineering, computer science, or related) or hands-on experience as an engineer or PM on deeply technical products.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Background in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or conversational AI.
• Experience working at high-growth startups in the 15–50 employee range.
• Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
