Position: Real Estate Acquisition Sales Specialist Location: Remote - Open to Latin America and South Africa Working Hours: Full time - Central Time - Business hours Company & Role Overview

We are a leading Chicago-based real estate investment company dedicated to providing homeowners with a fast, transparent, and stress-free way to sell their properties. We specialize in "as-is" cash offers, helping clients navigate complex situations—from financial hardships and inherited properties to tenant issues—without the need for costly renovations or realtor commissions. Our mission is to simplify the real estate process through tailored solutions and effective communication, ensuring every seller we work with receives the best possible deal and a seamless closing experience.

We are looking for a full-time, remote Real Estate Acquisition Sales Specialist. The company currently operates with a global team of four independent contractors and is looking to expand its sales efforts by focusing on both inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a strong understanding of US culture—preferably an expat or someone who has lived in the States—to ensure a seamless fit with the client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Function: Real estate wholesaling—acquiring off-market properties from US sellers.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales calls and email outreach to generate new business.
  • Lead Conversion: Nurture and convert inbound leads through relationship building.
  • Client Management: Actively listen to client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance: Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience (Real Estate or similar industry preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (native or near-native accent required).
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus
  • Must have direct exposure to the US market

Soft Skills

  • Cultural Fluency: Ability to relate deeply to US-based culture and clients.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter who stays motivated without constant supervision.
  • Reliability: A commitment to long-term growth to avoid the turnover issues experienced in the past.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn the specific nuances of the company’s niche.
