Senior Full-Stack Developer, AI Augmented Engineering

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with strong fluency in either TypeScript/Node or Python (ideally both) and a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, or Angular).
• Production-level use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.). Be ready to show concrete examples of how these tools changed your output, not just your enthusiasm.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Solid grasp of DevOps fundamentals: IaC, monitoring, logging, alerting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you're expected to own outcomes.
• Very strong written English. We write things down.

• Fullstack product development. Ship features across modern frontend (Next.js / React / TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Python). Translate requirements into clean, tested, maintainable code with strong PR hygiene.
• AI-augmented development. Use AI coding tools as a daily-driver multiplier on your own work. Codify and spread the patterns that work, prompts, scaffolds, review workflows, across the team. Evaluate emerging tools and bring back what earns its keep.
• AI workflow integration. Build production-grade integrations with LLMs and orchestration platforms (n8n, LangChain, and similar). Work with vector databases, RAG patterns, and customer data systems (CRM/ERP) to deliver AI features that hold up under real load.
• Deployment and operations. Own and improve CI/CD, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Stand up monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Manage cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) with attention to cost and scale. Write runbooks people actually use.
• Developer experience. Reduce friction between idea and production. Improve local dev environments, testing, and shared tooling. Standardize lint/build/test patterns across our codebases.
• Cross-functional collaboration. Work directly with product, other engineers, and occasionally customers. Bridge feature work and infra reliability. Review code thoughtfully and mentor where it helps.
