Locations: Greater Toronto Area + Hamilton (Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton; Milton as needed)

Position Overview
Join a pediatric outpatient clinic network dedicated exclusively to children and staffed by pediatricians. This role offers a strong mix of urgent care, general pediatrics, and consultative assessments, supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team and access to pediatric subspecialty services.
What Youll Do
- Provide pediatric care for walk-in urgent concerns and scheduled appointments
- Deliver routine primary care, preventative care, and immunizations
- Assess and manage acute pediatric presentations in an outpatient urgent care setting
- Support consultative/general pediatrics assessments as needed
- Collaborate with administrative, nursing, and allied health teams
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practice in alignment with CPSO standards and clinic protocols

Work-Life Balance Highlights

Compensation & Incentives
- Fee-for-service split option available
- Primary compensation option: Salary Position (Hybrid Package) — base + incentive with projected $350,000–$375,000 take-home annually, based on 40 hours/week

Qualifications
- MD (or equivalent) with specialist training in Pediatrics
- Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for licensure (applications welcome from those in-process)
- US Board-Certified Pediatricians may be eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
- International Medical Graduates welcome; supervision pathways may be available
- Eligibility examples may include (not limited to):
- Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility (supervised license)
- RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route + MCCQE1 (supervised license)
