Employee relocation support
- Consulting and supporting employees and HR teams on relocation-related matters at all stages of the process.
- Supporting employees throughout the relocation cycle and ensuring key stages are completed on time.
- Coordinating complex and non-standard relocation cases.
- Working with immigration and relocation providers.
- Searching for, onboarding, and developing a network of new service providers, local partners, and consultants.
- Monitoring timelines, service quality, and SLA compliance.
- Participating in the resolution of complex immigration matters together with external consultants.
- Consulting managers, HRBPs, and HR teams on international mobility matters.
- Participating in the development of relocation packages, internal policies, and procedures.
- Preparing Country Guides, relocation materials, and other informational resources.
- Analyzing available employee engagement and employment models across different countries.
- Building and optimizing relocation and international mobility processes.
- Establishing employee service standards.
- Participating in the launch of new countries, locations, and relocation programs.
- Preparing analytics and reports, as well as analyzing best practices in international mobility.
- Experience in an international HR function, Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, People Operations, or in travel agencies / companies supporting international travel and relocation processes.
- Understanding of immigration processes across several countries.
- Experience managing external contractors, providers, and consultants.
- Experience building and optimizing processes from scratch.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, independence, and the ability to find solutions quickly.
- Ability to stay focused and effective in a multitasking environment and under uncertainty.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above and fluent Russian.
- Experience relocating employees from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, and Eastern European countries.
- Experience launching new legal entities, countries, or locations.
- Experience working in international companies.
- Understanding of tax residency and international labor law matters.
