Our offices are located in Worcester, Wicomico, and Somerset Counties in Maryland.Work with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and other Paraprofessionals. Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland surrounded by the beautiful Beaches of Ocean City, Assateague Island & the Chesapeake Bay. Health Care is situated in a moderate 4 season climate that is 30 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and resorts destination of Ocean City, 2-hour drive to the bustling cities of Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C. and a 3-hour drive to Philadelphia.
