Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN Generalist to join our large, physician-owned group in Phoenix, providing comprehensive women's health care with full support staff and infrastructure.

Base pay range

$275,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Large Supportive Practice Setting

• Physician Lead Patient Care Approach
• APP, RN and CMA Support Staff
• 4 Call Shifts Per Month with Post-Call Day Off
• Dedicated Surgery Day: 1 per Week
• Clinic Days: 3-4 per Week

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• Bonus on Collections in Year 2: $50K - $60K
• Partnership Earnings: Up to $700K with EBITDA sharing
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Stipend (Negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct gynecological examinations, screenings, and diagnostic testing
• Provide prenatal care and manage labor & delivery
• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• GYN procedures, including Colposcopy, Hysterectomy, Endometrial Biopsy, and Minimally Invasive Surgeries
