Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Evaluate various content types, including videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles.
• Policy Application: Score and manage content based on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency, applying consistent content policies.
• Accuracy and Compliance: Identify nuances in digital communication and enforce the clients terms of use with precision.
• Employee Engagement: Participate in assistance programs and training, promoting a positive work environment.
• Sensitive Content Management: Handle potentially sensitive material with empathy and professionalism, ensuring adherence to all confidentiality and security measures.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Experience: Preferably experienced in content moderation, BPO, or contact centers.
• Resilience: Ability to manage sensitive content, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the political and social context in Dutch-speaking regions.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
