Housing Officer

Housing Officer position at Amplius. Permanent, full-time role with 36.25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:15pm). Hybrid working arrangement with weekly presence required in either Lincoln or Boston offices. Salary: £37,400 plus car allowance of £2,665 per year. As of April 1, 2026, salary will increase by 3.6% and car allowance by 3.2%. The role involves supporting customers to live well in their homes and building safer, stronger neighbourhoods as part of Amplius's commitment to community development.
